How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during shipping?
All our beers are stored in a temperature-controlled cold room and shipped in reinforced, UV-protected packaging to ensure they arrive in brewery-fresh condition.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box leaves the brewery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all mainland UK addresses. For international inquiries, please contact our support team to check availability and shipping rates for your specific region.
What should I do if a bottle or can arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing, but if any items are damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
The majority of our core range is vegan-friendly. However, some limited editions may contain lactose. Please check the 'Ingredients' section on the individual product page for specific dietary information.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim for rapid dispatch, we can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact us immediately via live chat or email.
