At Northern Monk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, though please note that perishable food items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a resolution.
Return Process

For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and product to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If a return is approved, ensure the items are unopened and in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
